A large component of Intuitive Eating is learning to listen to your body’s signals; your body is constantly sharing information with your brain, but you’re not always aware of the messages. Think about it: we are all born with the ability to identify hunger – when babies are hungry, they cry, and when they are full, they stop nursing. Somewhere along the way, some of us were conditioned to trust external cues, rather than our bodies. If a primal signal such as hunger can’t be identified, how easily would it be to identify other needs and wants?

My purpose is to help you consciously create the life you want and Intuitive Eating is a potential starting point in learning to listen to yourself – not just your body’s signals of hunger, fullness, and satiety, but also your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings.
