Here is your body scan…

Set aside this time just for you; make yourself comfortable; and relax as much as you can. For some of us, sitting still with our bodies can be uncomfortable – and this is totally normal! If you can’t get through the scan the first time, feel free to come back to it and try again. If you fall asleep during the scan, that’s okay too!

Remember to be compassionate with yourself regardless of what happens.
