I have a BA in Honours Psychology with a Human Resources Management Option from the University of Waterloo (Canada), as well as an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching (UK) (accredited with the International Coaching Federation and the Association for Coaching) and a Certification as an Intuitive Eating Counsellor with the Original Intuitive Eating Pros, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch (US).

In addition, I am committed to continually developing professionally, as well as personally, through my own work with a coach, a therapist, and a supervisor.
